Return & Exchange Policy

1.1. Exchanges are not accepted unless the product has significant defects or quality issues.

1.2. Subject to Clause 1.3 below, the Company may, at its sole discretion, arrange an exchange (for the same product only) if all of the following conditions are met:

•⁠ ⁠a. The product is damaged, missing parts, or incorrect;
•⁠ ⁠b. The buyer contacts customer service within 3 calendar days of receiving the product and provides an unboxing video as proof;
•⁠ ⁠c. The buyer allows the Company a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product;
•⁠ ⁠d. The buyer provides the product in its complete original packaging; and
•⁠ ⁠e. The buyer returns the product to the designated address and bears the shipping cost for the return/exchange.

Even if the conditions in Clause 1.2 are met, if the Company finds—after inspection and/or review of the unboxing video—that the product has been used, or if the buyer fails to contact customer service within 3 calendar days of receipt, the Company reserves full discretion to decide whether to proceed with the exchange under Clause 1.
